Simmons College of Kentucky announced a major investment in healthcare education on Monday, November 11th. We revealed a $20,000 donation from the Molina Healthcare Charitable Foundation, which will support our Master of Medical Science program. The funds will provide scholarships to students in need, helping to close gaps in financial support and access to higher education.
“We need to lean on our community partners to help fill the gaps and ensure that students who are eager for education and new opportunities can access them,” said Ryan Sadler, president of Passport by Molina Healthcare. “It’s our responsibility to make that happen.” The Master of Medical Science program, now in its first year, is designed to prepare students for careers in healthcare.
