Simmons College of Kentucky is elated to offer our students on-campus housing for the first time in over 100 years with the opening of the brand new Drs. Winston and Alma Pittman Living Learning Center.

The Drs. Winston and Alma Pittman Living Learning Center is a newly renovated residence hall purchased by Simmons College of Kentucky in the Summer of 2024. The Pittman LLC features student housing, study and recreation areas, and a beautiful courtyard; all decked out in branding and art that gives students and visitors alike the full Simmons Experience.
Plans in place now to continue renovation on the residence hall, which will result in an incredible hub of rest, learning, and community building for Simmons Nation.
